I worked with Beth across several engagements with a similar theme: organizational maturity. We were at a critical inflection point where the informal processes and tag-team approach that had worked well on a three-person leadership team were no longer sufficient. Our firm had tripled in size over the course of five years, and we were facing the retirement of one of our founders.
